Romantic Beach Date: How to Plan a Successful One

There is no arguing that a date at the beach, aside from a romantic date in a restaurant is one of the coolest date ever. It must be the sound of the waves, the sunset when it kisses the water or the scent of the beach. Having a romantic beach date will never go out of style. But how do you prepare for one successful beach date? Here's a quick guide.

1. Start your date when the sun starts to set. This will enable you to enjoy the golden sunset without worrying too much about the heat of the sun. You just have to dress appropriately to the occasion. However, the weather at the beach can quickly change in hours so better be prepared by bringing extra clothes just in case the weather changes.

2. Don't forget to prepare a beach picnic. Make sure you bring home-cooked food during your date. This is an inexpensive way to have a romantic date with your partner. The meals prepared don't have to be extravagant and fancy. They only have to be the food that you both like or the food that you will most likely order in a restaurant. Don't forget to bring sandwiches and chips and cold drinks just in case you plan on extending your stay at the beach.

3. Feel free to feel the cool waters of the beach. You are there to have a date so it's highly likely that you take a quick dip. Just don't forget to bring your swimwear, footwear and of course your towel.

4. Play like kids on the beach. There are so many activities that you can try when at the beach. If both of you are the sporty type, you can play one-on-one beach volleyball game. You can also run along the sand or play Frisbee. If you are not the sporty kind, making a sand sculpture is a good activity to try. Make sand castles together and compete with each other and see who creates the most beautiful sand castle.

5. If you really are still dreaming of a candle light dinner, you can still do it at the beach. A nice romantic setup near the beach will do. Impress your partner by preparing home-cooked meals like your favorite dishes paired with your favorite wine.
